In late May 2022, GCN launched the fifth General Counsel NL Benchmark Survey. All GCs in the Netherlands received a personal link for participation via independent research agency Motivaction. The purpose of the survey is to introduce best practices that will help you improve the quality and performance of you and your team and compare your position with peers. Reliable comparative figures give you a basis for discussions with managers and other stakeholders. The results of the survey were discussed with an expert General Counsel Panel at the General Counsel NL Fall Conference 2022 on 6 October. All participants received the GCN Benchmark Survey 2022.
