No company wants Corporate disputes. Yet the number of discussions with stakeholders is increasing. This requires GCs to have a point of view on both preventing disputes and resolving them. A modern GC should then actually look beyond Corporate Litigation. But how? Developments around Corporate Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolutions have gained momentum, which can help GCs and their companies immensely. The US market is leading the way in this and, among others, an expert in that field is a special guest. It promises to be a highly interactive and useful afternoon for all GCs, whether you litigate much or little. Because disputes arise more and more unexpectedly and good preparation is half the battle.
