That variety is valuable, but sometimes it&#8217;s nice to spar with GCs who lead a team similar in scale to yours. <\/p><div>That&#8217;s why we host annual GCN Peer Groups, usually in June. During these small-scale meetings, you&#8217;ll interact with fellow GCs who manage teams of roughly the same size. You can:  <\/div><div> <\/div><ul><li>Share experiences with GCs with similar responsibilities.<\/li><li>Discuss challenges associated with the scale of your team.<\/li><li role=\"presentation\">Receive insights that are immediately applicable in practice.<\/li><\/ul><div role=\"presentation\"> <\/div><div role=\"presentation\">The joint deepening during Peer Groups works as follows:<\/div><div role=\"presentation\"> <\/div><ul><li>Participants shared key challenges they currently face.<\/li><li>On this basis, we give each other advice, perspectives and examples from our own practice. <\/li><li>Participants named which topics they have above-average experience with and for which others can turn to them for knowledge, tips or sparring.<\/li><li role=\"presentation\">These points will be noted by GCN and shared with the group&#8217;s attendees afterwards so that you can approach each other about this later. <\/li><\/ul><div role=\"presentation\"> <\/div><div role=\"presentation\">In short: compact, practical meetings that are immediately valuable and useful.<\/div><div role=\"presentation\"> <\/div><div role=\"presentation\">GCN members will receive an invitation to the GCN Peergroups.
