Creating a Digital Strategy

Does your legal department have a digital strategy? Is it driven by specific  dates and milestones? Watch the on-demand webinar and learn how to create and implement a digital strategy and how to get stakeholders on board.

According to the Legal Departments in a Digital Era report, by Wolters Kluwer and the European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA), almost half (47%) of the legal departments in Europe have started implementing a digital strategy. However, there’s a disconnect between the need for adigital strategy and the likelihood of developing a clear plan. Almost two-thirds of legal departments indicated that their digital strategy is not driven by a plan with specific dates and milestones. Without specific dates and milestones, there’s a larger chance of investing in technology that doesn’t address the legal department’s challenges or fit the projected needs over the next three years.

During the on-demand webinar our subject matter experts will explain the importance of creating and implementing a digital strategy including:

• What a digital strategy means for your organisation
• A framework that will drive digital transformation
• The development of a technology roadmap with clear plans and milestones
• How to get buy-in from stakeholders and win support from the organisation
