Kuif Klein Wassink is a partner in the Corporate and Private Equity groups in Amsterdam. He has a special focus on private equity transactions. He regularly acts for global private equity funds and financial institutions designing and setting up various types of equity plans and options structures. Kuif displays great expertise in Turkish private equity deals and cross-border M&A and restructurings involving the Turkish market. Kuif is a regular speaker at seminars and gives workshops on various topics of corporate law, including as a lecturer at the VU Law Academy of Amsterdam.

Bastiaan is a senior associate in the Corporate practice in Amsterdam. He focuses on complex M&A transactions, private equity and joint ventures. Many of the deals on which Bastiaan works are cross-border and involve a broad range of sectors. Bastiaan completed a secondment in 2018 to a global insurance company, during which he worked as an underwriter covering warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance for M&A transactions.

Nick de Rooij is an associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at the Amsterdam office of Dentons Boekel.
